Re: So...the Mueller report.

[i]Mr. Barr, now the American people know that you are no different from Rudy Giuliani or Kellyanne Conway or any of other people who sacrifice their once decent reputation for the grifter and liar who sits in the Oval Office," Hirono said.

"You used every advantage of your office to create the impression that the president was cleared of misconduct," Hirono said. "You put the power and authority of the office of the attorney general and the Department of Justice behind a public relations effort to help Donald Trump protect himself."

“Now we know more about your deep involvement in trying to cover up for Donald Trump,” Hirono said Wednesday. “Being attorney general … is a sacred trust. You have betrayed that trust, America deserves better. You should resign.”

"You’ve slandered this man," Graham said.

"I do not think I am slandering anyone," Hirono replied.

AG Bill Barr: "Yes, he fully cooperated."

Sen. Leahy: "So by instructing a former aide to tell the Attorney General to un-recuse himself, shut down the investigation, and declare the President did nothing wrong? That is fully cooperating?"

Re: So...the Mueller report.

'I think I’d take it': In exclusive interview, Trump says he would listen if foreigners offered dirt on opponents

President Donald Trump may not alert the FBI if foreign governments offered damaging information against his 2020 rivals during the upcoming presidential race, he said, despite the deluge of investigations stemming from his campaign's interactions with Russians during the 2016 campaign.

Re: So...the Mueller report.

I want to argue, but...democrats have done very little. And in effect dragged things out so much as to give that impression that the Admin can do whatever the fork they want, including putting a "For Sale" sign on Trump's forehead.

Re: So...the Mueller report.

Hmf...There's a bill that would require campaigns to alert the FBI of any offers of foreign assistance...going...going...blocked by the GOP of course. https://www.axios.com/marsha-blackburn-foreign-offers-assistance-campaigns-fab324f4-a630-41aa-9b90-a6fc4ca5c5d0.html

SCHIFF: Trump and his campaign welcomed & encouraged Russian interference?

MUELLER: Yes.

SCHIFF: And then Trump and his campaign lied about it to cover it up?

MUELLER: Yes.
