    Umbrella Academy

    I just finished watching season 1 last night.  It was pretty fun low-power superhero action.  I was totally unfamiliar with the comics series so everything in it was a nice surprise for me.

    I mostly liked it - could have been a couple eps shorter to tighten up the story.  Liked the "style" of it a lot.

    I think they could have done without that one whole episode that included the extended dance number, but other than that I liked the pacing ok.

    Yeah I get what they were going for I guess but that shirt just didn't work at all imho. Felt super out of place and shlocky.
